Crowfoot Knife: This knife wields a 6 13/16 x 1 1/4’’ Rainbow Obsidian (purple in color) blade that has been hafted to a 4 7/8’’ unknown bone handle with bear fur, deer sinew and pine pitch; For a total length of 11 5/8’’.

It gets its' name from a powerful leader, Chief Crowfoot, of the great Blackfeet nation. One day word spread that a bear attacked a child. Crowfoot mounted his warriors and cornered the bear near some woods. He instructed his warriors to circle around and drive the bear towards him. When the bear ran towards him, he lunged his spear into it and jumped from his horse and finished the bear off. While crowfoot was a man of peace, his courage was never disputed.
