Thank you for your interest in our work. Please read the following terms of service so that you have an understanding of our policies. If you have any questions that are not noted below, please feel free to email them to us.

Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your product after 14 days of receiving your order, then email us and send it back (shipping and handling will be at your cost). If it arrives in the same state as was sent then we will either credit your funds for another product or refund your payment. Your happiness is our goal.

 

Signature: All products may be signed by the artist or display their respective logos.  For custom orders, if you do not wish a particular article to be signed, please indicate so when the order is placed.

 

Order: To order, please use the shopping cart button. Requests will be sorted on a first-come-first-serve basis and in the event of duplicate orders, the date and time on the emails' will approve the first request. Orders will be confirmed by email within 24 hours or less.

 

Shipping: Shipping will be done by Canada Post (along with their respective country postal services).

Shipping costs noted in the shopping carts are estimates only. For more info. on shipping costs, feel free to view the shipping and handling page.

 

Payment: At this time we accept payment by:

  • Cash - Not recommended

  • Cheque - Personal or certified

  • Credit cards  - Visa and Mastercard

  • Money orders - Personal or international - Please make sure that it can be deposited in Canada

  • Paypal - Use on-line form or email for Paypal method of payment

  • Telephone

Damaged/Lost Goods*: Everything will be done to ensure that the products are sent in a well padded parcel so that they arrive in perfect shape. While the majority of the time packages will arrive in a satisfactory condition, there is a small chance that the package will be lost or damaged in transit. As there is no guarantee for delivery, uninsured goods will be the responsibility of the buyer. Everything, however, will be done to ensure successful delivery and buyer satisfaction.

 

If a product arrives damaged and:

  1. There is no Insurance: It will unfortunately be your loss. Please let us know and we can hopefully find a satisfactory solution.

  2. There is Insurance: Please let us know and we will make a new item for you and ship it out as soon as possible at no additional cost to you or provide you with a full refund after the damaged product(s) has been returned.

* Please note that there has only been three cases of damaged products out of many but it is something that you should be aware of. If there is a "legitimate" problem, we will go out of our way to keep you happy.
